Witness service
Two legal witnesses organised for your marriage - $130
Official certificate
The official NSW marriage certificate is ordered separately through NSW Births, Deaths and Marriages. Their current fee applies.
After-hours appointment
Before 9am or after 5pm - $300
Travel outside the CBD
Travel fees may apply outside central Newcastle. We will tell you before you confirm.
Interpreter support
If an interpreter is needed, we can explain the options. Price depends on what is required.

The questions couples usually ask before they book
How do we get started?
Click Get Married, fill out the booking form, and pay the fee.
What happens after we book?
After booking, you prepare your NOIM, have it witnessed by an authorised witness, and send the paperwork to us. We then confirm the date, time, and place once the paperwork is in and we know availability.
When is our date actually confirmed?
Not when you first enquire. We confirm the date only after the paperwork has been received and we have checked availability.
Can you help with the NOIM?
Yes. We can help you understand what to do, and NOIM Easy makes the form much easier to complete properly.
Is this a wedding package?
No. This is a paperwork-only marriage service. If you want a full wedding ceremony or elopement package, use one of the referral links above.
Are you a government service?
No. We are private celebrants providing a registry-style service, not a government registry office.
